Cardio exercises

The heart, a small organ but does a big function for our survival. It is our duty and responsibility to take care of it and there are various methods to do it. Eg:- Eating healthy foods every day, avoid junk foods (especially foods that contain a lot of fat), and of course, exercising regularly.  So for today's activity, we are posting cardio exercises that will strengthen your heart. Yoga - The practice for mindfulness!

 Yoga has many-- or should I say countless benefits. From being a favourite by the gurus, rishis and monks of India to being practised worldwide, even in the Western world. Yoga has been a staple in exercise and comes to our mind first when we think about mindfulness. It also has physical benefits: it increases flexibility, it helps with back pain relief, and it helps with muscle strength. I love practising  Yoga as it calms me and helps me relax. Stretching once in a while helps your body too!✨  Today, we are going to do the Surya Namaskar, also known as the Sun Salutation, is the very first part of Yoga. It is simple and easy to do!
