Yoga - The practice for mindfulness!
Yoga has many-- or should I say countless benefits. From being a favourite by the gurus, rishis and monks of India to being practised worldwide, even in the Western world. Yoga has been a staple in exercise and comes to our mind first when we think about mindfulness. It also has physical benefits: it increases flexibility, it helps with back pain relief, and it helps with muscle strength. I love practising Yoga as it calms me and helps me relax. Stretching once in a while helps your body too!✨
